Seremban Teochew Yong Tau Foo

Yong Tau Foo is a Hakka Chinese cuisine consisting primarily of tofu that has been filled with either a ground meat mixture or fish paste (surimi). Variation of this food include vegetables and mushrooms stuffed with ground meat or surimi. Yong tau foo is eaten in numerous ways, either dry with a sauce or served as a soup dish.

In Seremban, you can find YTF made by Teochew.

This place had probably been around for donkeys years and it is located inside an old coffee shop called Melido.

Their specialty is a fish cake blended with minced tau foo and vegetable.

It is made fresh everyday and deep fried on the spot.

They have other varieties as well.

The beef balls are very good and it's one of the best in Malaysia.

The noodles are topped with minced meat. The black soy sauce is just the right amount. Add a bit of the chilli sauce into the noodles and make the taste pop.

I personally like the yellow noodles but the lou shih fun is very good too.
